Our aimhas been to fund research projects that will provide a deep understanding of the drivers of food choice among the poor, particularly in the 41 low- and middle-income countries that account for 90% of the global burden of undernutrition. Studies use qualitative or quantitative methods or both to examine key aspects of food choice in the targeted regions.
